1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- To qualify, items must be returned in their original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt.
- Due to the nature of our products, opened or partially used items cannot be refunded.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- All psilocybin-based products are final sale once opened.
- Clearance or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.
3. Refund Process

- Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item.
